Professional Development for Librarians - Focus will be on the revision of the library curriculum for all grade levels.

All Saints Day Mass- The official day for this celebration is November 1. However, the school will celebrate it on October 31 this year, as November 1 will fall on a Saturday. The students will be allowed to dress up as saints. There will be a saints parade after lunch.

Library Week-September 22-26, 2008.

Activities

Monday- Library will be declared open at Morning Devotion , and the Library Song will be sung.
Tuesday- Storytime by parents during lunch break
Wednesday-Poster Competition -Grades 1-3
- Book Report Competition- Grades 4-6
Thursday- $2.00 Book Sale of books from previous Book Fair
(Money will be donated to the Storm Victims)
Friday- Mass @ 9:00 a.m.
- Presentation of competition winners


Feast Day Celebrations


Feast of St. Vincent De Paul is celebrated September 27. However, that falls on a Saturday this school year. Therefore, the school will have a mass on September 26, 2008, starting at 9:00 a.m. Everyone is invited. Please bring non-perishable items for donation to Hurricane Ike victims in Inagua.
